Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 nos peeled steamed large shrimp


  • 1/2 nos red bell pepper cut into small pieces


  • 1 cups corn(can or cob possible)


  • 1/3 cups chopped red onion


  • 1 cups shredded savoy cabbage


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill


  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • 1/2 tsp white pepper


  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt


  • 1 nos lime (juice and zest)

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Blend well. Refrigerate a few hours before eating to let the flavors merge and connect.
